Tenurey BSM is a Southern African property advisory company offering a complete real estate package to its clients.

Tenurey BSM was formed in 2016 through the amalgamation of the founding partners’ respective property advisory interests. All parties realised the opportunity to combine the skills and networks of a property focused merchant banking team with a team of highly experienced property professionals.

We provide a full scope of corporate finance and property specific services including inter alia: M&A advisory, due diligence investigations, asset and development management, disposals, capital raising and IPOs.

OBJEK ARCHITECTS

OBJEK is an architectural and interior design firm based in Cape Town, South Africa, founded in 2014. We offer the full spectrum of spatial design services from initial concept design through to project completion.
